The Glenlivet 1991 Nadurra Triumph Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nadurra is the gaelic word for natural. Revisiting 19th century practises and unlike modern whiskies, this single malt is not chill filtered, giving the mouth feel more body and a richer texture, A bold innovation in single malt.

The Glenlivet 1991 Nadurra Triumph is a limited edition. The release has been selected from stock that was distilled in 1991 using Truimph, a variety of the barley that is no longer used in the production of The Glenlivet, making Nadurra 1991 a real collector's item, Keeping in line with the Nadurra range, the Nadurra 1991 is non chill filtered, which better retains its natural flavours with an addtional richness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Nose: Big, fruity, sweet flavours. Soft ripe peaches and pears combined with creamy honey, caramel toffee and old fashioned Barley Sugar sweets.

Taste: Bursting with juicy sweet orange. Incredibly creamy and silky smooth with superb sherbut effervescence.

Finish: Very long with a slight liquorice root tang. Dry.
