Tasting Note.
Colour: Golden brown
Nose: Sweet, bruised apples, fermented fruits – ripe banana and fig rolls.
Body: Smooth and rounded.
Palate: Sweet, winey – cream sherry, chocolate toffees. Rounded.
Finish: Sweet and fruity.
Cask type: First fill and refill sherry casks, finished for six months in Tokaji casks.
Whisky style: Rich and unique – the sweet Tokaji wine casks enhance the fruit elements of the whisky.
