Located on the southern edge of the town of Kirkwall Highland Park s the most northerly distillery in the Scotland.

The distillery still cuts its own peat, which it uses in its traditional floor malting of the barley on its premises.

Nose : Fresh and sweet and citric with a hint of peat.

Palate : Starts fresh/salty/sweet - develops rich/smokey.

Finish : With orange rind, oak notes and dry ashes. (J)
