Benromach Single Malt Whisky 10 year old 43% 70cl

Founded in 1898 by F.W. Brickman and Duncan McCallum
Location Speyside Findhorn region Situated on the outskirts of Forres
Water Source Chapeltown springs

In 1983 the distillery was closed and production equipment dismantled. In 1993 Gordon and MacPhail purchased the distillery. The next 3 years involved careful planning for the refurbishment of the Benromach Distillery.

Following the extensive re-equipping, distillation started once again in 1998, Benromach’s centenary year, and HRH The Prince of Wales performed the official re-opening in October of that year.

Benromach 10 years old is hand-crafted at Speyside’s smallest working distillery using the finest Scottish malted barley and the purest spring water from the nearby Romach hills

Patiently matured for at least 10 years in the highest quality casks, Benromach 10 year old is golden in colour and displays rich fruit, sweet chocolate and delicate spicy aromas.

With a rich sherry influence, the mouth watering palate coats the senses in exotic fruit flavours and toasted malt with a delicate hint of smoke.
