10 Oregon pine washbacks
6 stubby pot stills with lyne arms inclined at different angles
Matured in a combination of American oak bourbon and European sherry casks in traditional dunnage warehousing on site

Matured and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail, Elgin.

Colour: Orange, copper.

Neat
Nose: Rich fruit with sweet, caramel edge. Some smoky, burnt wood aromas

Palate: Smoky with spicy fruit flavours. Drying.

With Water:
Nose: Smoky with fruity notes & a waxy, floral element. Some sweetness - coffee creams.

Palate: Fruit - sherry wood with a subtle smokiness. The sherry notes slowly begin to dominate.

Body: Rich.
Finish: Sherry wood.
Cask Type: First Fill & Refill Sherry Casks.

Whisky Style: Strong sherry influence, balanced with the smoky, floral
elements.
