Issued License Number FD-1 on February, 26th, 2003, Nashoba Valley offers a wonderful selection of distilled spirits in addition to its wines and beers.

Combining the award winning artistry of fermentation with years of experience in distillation, Nashoba Valley produces and sells some of the finest brandies, eau de vie, cordials and vodka (distilled from 100% apples) and now produces its own single malt whisky.
