Distilled in the traditional manner, and unusually for this district, it is made with a peated malted barley to impart a distictive smoky and heathery flavour.

Nose: Heathery smoke balanced with subtle floral tones

Palate: Gentle ‘Peat-reek’ flavours with a hint of malty nuttiness
