Rare Old MacPhail's 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Presented in a Puccini Decanter

MacPhail's single malt is distilled to G&M's order and then matured in their own casks either at its place of birth or in the warehouse in Elgin. The distillery of origin is a closely guarded secret giving the fine malt an air of mystery. It is full bodied, complex and graceful. Mellowed by age and ennobled by pedigree.

Tasting Note

Neat:

With Water:

Nose: Rich and sweet with cloves, Sherry and a slight phenolic note all present.

Palate: Soft with burnt fruitcake and Sherry wood flavours. The cloves and cinnamon element comes through in the finish.

Body: Rich and complex.

Finish: Cloves and a touch of menthol.

Cask Type(s): First Fill Sherry Casks.

Whisky Style: Rich, aromatic with great depth of character.
