Tasting notes :-

On the nose  it is clean and fresh, developing to a sweet, candy floss character with a ripe fruit quality.
The palate is sweet and carries a poached pear, macerated fruit style with late honey.
The finish is medium long, still fruity sweet plus a real vanilla quality. (J)
