The First Release of Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery.

Yorkshires first ever Single Malt Whisky comes from a selection of 16 casks laid down in the summer of 2016. While casks are predominantly First fill Ex-bourbon there is a subtle Sherry influence. These contained both pot and column distillates and produced a yield of 6000 bottles.

Spirit of Yorkshire is a real field to bottle distillery, growing the barley on the family farm in Hunmanby.
