Colour: Dark straw.

Neat without water

Nose: Fresh and fragrant with a delicate fruitiness present. With subtle hints of vanilla and defined honey notes.

Palate: Sweet and creamy with hints of liquorice and butterscotch. Creamy and very smooth.

Finish: Long and drying with a hint of pepper.

With Water

Nose: Initially fresh and fruity, sweet with a subtle honey influence and a hint of cinnamon in the background.

Palate: Mouth watering - some pepper, creamy, smooth and defined sweetness.

Finish:

Long and sweet.

Body: Light to medium.

Cask Type: Refill sherry hogsheads.
