Tasting note

Colour: Straw yellow.

Neat
Nose: Sweet - bubblegum, citrus fruits - lemonade, cream soda. Delicate spicy edge.
Palate: Peppery, cedar wood, little creaminess developing.

With Water
Nose: Fruity - bananas, soft fruits - strawberries and cream. Floral, herbal notes
Palate: Charred wood, toasted, nutty - linseed. Again slight creaminess.
Body: Light.
Finish: Subtle - clean.
Cask Type: Refill Bourbon Barrels
Whisky Style: Refreshing, clean flavours - aperitif or as a long drink.
