Tasting note..
Colour: Rich, orange - brown.

Neat
Nose: Sherry with red berry fruit notes. Some sweet, treacle toffee aromas and a rich, earthy peaty note.

Palate: Sweet sherry with an initial pepperiness, fudge and soft fruit elements develop. A delicate smokiness

With Water
Nose: Sherry wood, floral elements with some hessian notes. Fresh fruit - cooking apples underneath along with a rounding sweetness.

Palate: Slightly smoky note along with the sherry and dried fruit flavours - dated & figs.

Body: Complex with rich, layered aromas and flavours.
Finish: Lasting, sherry and a touch of peat smoke
Cask Type: First Fill Sherry Butt.
Whisky Style: Sherry influence with strong distillery character still present.
