TASTING NOTE
Colour: Pale orange.

Neat
Nose: Fruit - orange peel with tobacco/leather note.
Palate: Creamy initially, charred wood with fruitiness emerging.

With Water
Nose: Slight honey note with winey hint and a touch of mint.
Palate: Smoky with oak flavours. Sherry slowly develops.
Body: Delicate.
Finish: Slight oakiness.
Cask Type: Refill Sherry Hogshead.
Whisky Style: Balanced Speysider with subtle sherry influence.#
