Tasting note
Colour: Golden straw.

Neat
Nose: Red apples with delicate spices - hints of white pepper and cloves. Some dry grass and cedar wood aromas.
Palate: Sweet and herbal, some green grass and wine/sweet fruit flavours. Drying, charred oak notes.

With Water
Nose: Perfumed and herbal aromas with sweet fruit notes in the background. Hints of heather honey.
Palate: Sweet, vanilla flavours with spices (aniseed and nutmeg). Slowly dries leaving floral elements.
Body: Light.
Finish: Dry, perfumed
