A limited quantity of Tomintoul 12 year old has spent the last 18 months of maturation in Oloroso Sherry Casks. This process of "Finishing" imbues the whisky with enhanced characteristics and most notably with tones of sherry sweetness.
Colour: warm Gold
Nose: Round, creamy with subtle hints of sherry sweetness.
Palate: Soft smooth and elegant style with a delicate sheery presence.
Finish: Mellow soothing.
