Irish Whiskey Liqueurs
Irish Cream is a cream liqueur based on Irish whiskey, cream, and other ingredients such as coffee, which can be served on its own or used in mixed drinks or as part of a shot or a whole shot. 

Irish cream typically has between 15 to 20% alcohol by volume (ABV). Some notable brands of Irish cream are Baileys, Carolans and Saint Brendan's.

Bushmills Honey Bushmills irish Whiskey with honey plus other natural flavours.

Eblana combines Irish whiskey with undisclosed ingredients, with flavours of coffee, honey, almond, peanut.

Irish Mist was the first liqueur to be produced in Ireland when production started in 1947 at Tullamore, County Offaly, Irish Whiskey, honey and aromatic spices taken from an ancient recipe for heather wine.

Yukon Jack Canadian whisky is a honey-based Canadian whiskey advertised as the "Black sheep of Canadian Liquors". The taste is sweeter than comparable American whisky drawing from the honey it is brewed with but then has a rougher bite than say Jack Daniels.

Southern Comfort is now made from neutral spirits with fruit, spice and whiskey flavourings. The brand was originally created by bartender Martin Wilkes Heron in New Orleans in 1874 and is now owned by the Brown-Forman Corporation. Although the original liqueur contained whiskey, the current formula only contains flavouring rather than actual whiskey (except for the premium version called "Special Reserve")
