Bottled at natural cask strength 60.2% Non Chill filtered.
Platinum Selection bottling by Douglas Laing.
The initial nose is rich and sweet; bursting with ginger; cloves and orange peel with hints of toffee apples in the background.
The creamy body slowly falls away to reveal a well-rounded and full palate abundant with delights from the dessert menu; Crème brulee, peach melba and caramel shortcake.
The finish is surprisingly short-but-sweet and distinctly moreish.
